Welcome to Tegan Fisher Fitness and I congratulate you. You’ve made the life-changing decision to prioritise and transform your health, fitness, mindset and lifestyle.

As a qualified personal trainer and exercise and sports nutritionist, my goal is to provide clients with the right type of coaching to support their health and fitness journey – no matter what that may be. I have over 17 years of experience and over the years have developed a holistic approach to health and fitness. It’s an approach that’s realistic, achievable and sustainable.

There are no fad diets or quick fixes here. Trust me. Working together as a team, we’ll create new habits, reconsider behaviours and ensure you develop a strong mindset that’s only going to transform you and your lifestyle well into the future.

  • When I decided to enlist Tegan’s help with my nutrition and training, I thought it would just be about eating and exercising. I was not prepared for what it actually was. I was forced to analyse all aspects of my life — my work hours, and the boundaries I put in place to stop work spilling over into family time, my sleep routines, and not just what I was eating, but when and how.   • I commenced training with Tegan in early August. My goal was to have the confidence to eat more food to grow. I have always been consistent with my training days and getting my steps in however have never eaten enough food. Tegan and I started on 1700 calories with my body weight of 59.9kg. Over 12 weeks we increased my food to 2290 calories with no weight changes however the changes in my body shape were incredible. I felt strong, I had more energy, and I was sleeping better.
