Who is this suitable for and what will you achieve?

This premium service provides a highly personalised training program, for beginners through to advanced lifters, as well as athletes and sport specific sporting teams and individuals, and is designed to get you incredible results. As part of the program, you’ll also receive ongoing support and fitness education. What makes this different? These are not generic programs and are tailored to each client. All rehab, exercises, progressions and training blocks are specifically individualised, ensuring the best possible result and for you to achieve your goals. This training program experience will give you the tools, skills and confidence to:

  • Improve your overall health and fitness levels.

  • Build muscle, strength and power.

  • Build confidence in yourself and your training abilities.

  • Learn how to apply specific training principles, execute correct movement patterns, and perfect your technique.

  • Apply appropriate injury management and prevention through specific exercise rehabilitation.

  • Challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone.

  • Finally get the results you have always wanted, maintain them and keep them long-term, well into the future. 


What’s Included?

  • An in-depth initial consultation to discuss your goals both in the short and long term.

  • A detailed tailored training program designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals that can easily work in with your lifestyle. 

  • The capacity to track your progress via our personalised app, which includes video demonstrations of all exercises.

  • Ongoing training program updates every 8-12 weeks depending on your individualised specific needs, goals and experience levels.

  • In-depth bi-weekly check-ins to review and assess your progression, identify areas of development along with keeping you supported and on track.

  • Weekly monitoring of exercise technique, execution, understanding and performance via video recording with ongoing feedback.

  • Fortnightly check in via the app.

  • VIP access to our educational Facebook community where you can learn, grow and meet like-minded people who are on similar fitness journeys. 

Please note all new clients are required to commit to a $99 sign-up activation fee.
Clients acknowledge that this is a 12-week minimum term. At least two weeks’ notice of any cancellation is required, with the remainder of the training block provided to be payed out in full.

PLEASE NOTE : This model of coaching is preferred for clients who already have a high level understanding of nutrition and implement optimal nutrition daily to support there training and lifestyle demands.  If you do not have a high level of nutritional knowledge, the nutrition and training package is better suited to your needs.

Introducing Hayden

Hayden has been a part of the fitness industry for over two decades and has competed and coached at a national, international and professional level including Track and Field and Rugby League.  Hayden is also a qualified practising Exercise Physiologist and operates his own national Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy business.

Hayden’s strength and conditioning background has led him to coach some elite individuals and teams over the past 12 years including the South African men’s national rugby league team, the Canadian women’s national rugby league team, along with a number of national rugby league and track athletes.

Together Hayden and Tegan make the ultimate coaching team.
